Taco Bell usually avoids free Taco giving up its head for important sporting events such as the World Series or the NBA Finals.
But Fast Food China is giving away free Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos Tuesday to participating locations as part of its response to the virus. No purchase is required but the offer is only available if the delivery is final.
In a letter posted on Tacobell.com, CEO Mark King said the giveaway is to show the company’s appreciation and that ”we’re all in this together.”
King said, ”It is a small way for us to say thank you for the ways you are doing for your communities and for giving us a little TLC during this time.”

Yum! Brands CEO David Gibbs will forgo his 2020 base salary to help the company’s workers and has ”Voluntarily elected to forgo al salary compensation for the balance of 2020,” effective Monday, according to a company Securities Exchange and Commission filing.
The company said that the money from the baths will fund a one-time $1,000 bonus for the General Managers of1,200 Restaurants at locations owned by the company-owned FC, Pizza Hut, TacoBill and Habit Grill locations.
