The Orange County jury has charged a 40-year-old man of kidnapping and sexual mutilation of a marijuana dispensary owner.
According to the KABC news sources in New Port Beach, California the Orange County jury has given the guilty verdict multiple times to a 40-year-old man and charged him with the kidnapping and sexual mutilation of the owner of a marijuana dispensary.
The man named Hossein Nayeri has been found guilty of two incidents of kidnapping and a case of torture. He had committed these crimes with the help of his two friends, Kyle Handley and Ryan Kevorkian.
According to the investigations Handley and Nayeri were both in Marine Corps and were the suppliers of marijuana to the victim’s dispensary. They had been wrongly informed that the dispensary owner had buried $ 1 million in the Mojave Island. Under this misconception they kidnapped the man and his female roommate.
The three friends tortured the man, beat him up and burned him, during the drive to the desert.
Upon arriving at the location the culprits again tortured the dispensary owner by pouring bleach on him in an effort to find about the hidden place of the money. After torturing the victims they tied their hands and feet and abandoned them in the desert.
However the woman was able to make her way to the road to get some help and was eventually able to get a passing vehicle to stop.
However while awaiting trial Nayeri was found guilty of another crime where, along with three other Orange County inmates, he had been part of a jail out-break. While in yet another charge he has been accused of kidnapping a man.
His final sentence will however be given on Oct 11 and there’s a possibility that he will be given life sentence without parole.
