In the trendy West Village neighborhood of Manhattan, people saw her going to ‘Modo Yoga’ with a friend
The Duchess of Sussex, aged 38, joined a full yoga class of 60 people at the eco-conscious studio, specializing in hot yoga classes.
According to a source‘There were lots of sweet, knowing smiles’ among those in the room, with everyone respecting the duchesses’ privacy.
Although the room was over-crowded with people being in the same small studio as one of the world’s most famous women, a photo is yet to emerge of Meghan’s session.
For friends of the duchess, news that she prioritized a yoga studio as one of her first stops in the Big Apple will come as little surprise.
The reason being that the Duchess had always advocated for ancient Indian exercise discipline and the health benefits that come with it.
Her mom, Doria Ragland, a famous yoga instructor in LA is the main motivating force responsible for kick-starting her love for the practice.
‘She has been going to Modo Yoga for many years and tries to do so whenever she is in New York,’ People’s source added. ‘It was the perfect remedy for jet lag.’
This single class at Modo has cost the duchess just $24, with unlimited monthly memberships costing $215.
